Change Happens Foundation Grant Application

Application Process Overview

We warmly welcome first-time applicants to our grant application process. For organizations that have previously received a grant from the Change Happens Foundation, we kindly direct you to reach out directly for further guidance. Should your initial Letter of Inquiry have been declined, we invite you to reach out to us for potential reconsideration.

Step One: Determine Eligibility

Begin by reviewing the Change Happens Foundation's eligibility criteria to ascertain if your program aligns with our requirements. We encourage organizations whose projects fall outside our eligibility parameters to consult the Foundation Center. This resource offers a comprehensive database to aid nonprofits in identifying suitable funding opportunities.

Step Two: Submit a Letter of Inquiry

Eligible grantseekers are invited to initiate the application process with a Letter of Inquiry. This initial step is essential for assessing whether your project aligns with the Foundation’s current priorities and budgetary considerations. We request that all prospective applicants complete and submit our online Letter of Inquiry form, which gathers essential information about your organization and proposed project.

Step Three: Proposal Submission

Following a positive assessment of your Letter of Inquiry, you may be invited to submit a detailed grant proposal for further evaluation. Please note, a formal invitation is required before submitting a proposal, ensuring that we consider only thoroughly vetted and potentially aligning initiatives.

We appreciate your interest in partnering with the Change Happens Foundation and look forward to the opportunity to potentially support your impactful work.
